Is tax added at checkout?
No. The price shown is the price paid, and each payment produces a numbered receipt.
How do I pay?
Through Cashfree, by UPI, card or net banking, into a prepaid balance. A checkout pays exactly what the order needs, and the order then builds itself.
What happens while a product is in preview?
You can configure it and reserve the address for free. Nothing is built or charged until the product is available.
Can I run these on my own servers?
No. Every product is a hosted service. A self-hosting licence exists only by written agreement with the owner of Astra Gaming; you can ask for one.
Can I change components later?
Yes, from the console, at any time. Components that are not on your order are closed at the proxy.
What happens if I cancel a forum?
It is switched off straight away and its data is kept for 14 days in case you change your mind. After that a final database backup is taken and everything is removed.
What if a documentation run fails?
Nothing is charged for a run that does not finish.
