Nothing is shared between customers except the hardware.
- A database of your own. Your members and posts never share tables with another community.
- A storage bucket of your own. Uploads sit behind a key only your forum holds, with a quota you can raise.
- A memory limit of your own. Another community's traffic spike cannot take yours down.
- Starter forums sleep when nobody is there. The first visitor after a quiet half hour waits about a second while it wakes (1.1 s measured). Community plans and above never sleep.
- You hold the admin account. We hold the servers. There is no file or shell access, and nothing to download.
